Wesley is part of Flow Traders' institutional team where he holds the position Head of Institutional Trading Italy, focusing on Italian counterparties. The team is the largest in Europe focusing on ETPs and aggressively bidding on products from the major firms. Flow Traders is a global market maker specialising in on-exchange and off-exchange liquidity provision for ETPs, Fixed Income, Forex and Digital Assets. Prior to joining Flow Traders, Wesley spent several years working in the equity arena for a leading Italian investment bank. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MSc in International Markets Strategies from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
